    Frequently Asked Questions

    Unclaimed shipments

    If the shipment returns to me as unclaimed, we can resend it and the buyer is responsible for paying 10€ for the reshipment (standard shipping) or $21 for Express shipping.
    If a buyer does not wish to reship an unclaimed shipment, we will refund the order amount deducted from the shipping cost.

    Shipping to Canada and Australia

    Standard shipments (registered and priority) to the Canada and Australia are not trackable. If you want to track your shipment, please select Express shipping. It takes 2 business days to EU, 3 business days to Canada.

    Delayed shipments

    If the standard priority shipment is delayed and you inform me about it, I immediately make a complaint to the Polish Post Office. We can wait up to 3 months for a reply. Usually the shipment is delivered a few days after the complaint is made, but if the response of the Polish Post confirms that the shipment is lost, you will immediately receive a full refund from me or I make the order again on your request.

    Colors of ordered items

    Some items require an indicated color from the color chart in the personalization field. If the color is not indicated during the order, it is assumed that the order was placed for the item in the color from the main photo.
